Are we living or Dreaming?

I have a baffling thought that I would like to share. May be its an illusion! Whatever. Everyday we physically see,feel and smell things. But are we actually living or just dreaming somewhere. I know it sounds weird. For instance if we are not real and it is just a illusion which makes us believe that its actually happening.  Then what are we? Just projections in a dream.
